Monday: Music vs. Final Debate? We've got it covered...

.
Of course there are plenty of live performances, jams, open mics, and more, and it's a good day and evening for music performances on TV. The Guide's abundant listings for today and this evening are in the most recent full edition, still available...
.
But we don't want to offer an escape hatch for anyone when it comes to the third and final Debate of the Presidential Candidates. We do want to make it easy for you to enjoy a live musical experience AND catch the debate. So, here's the full schedule of debate replays. Work it out. We really do all we can to make things easy for you. And when it comes to this election, the future is depending on each of us investing in a wise and informed choice.

PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE...
.
It's live, 6-7:30 pm, with BOB SCHIEFFER of CBS as the moderator, from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. It will be on all the broadcast networks and all the cable news channels (except HLN, which is really a gossip and scandal channel), and for those who don't like a lot of junky screen clutter, it is, thankfully, on PBS. If you don't stick around for TV's gaggle of analysts to tell you what you just saw, you can probably watch live and still get to your favorite music venue.
.
Many will need to be on the road for all or part of that hour-and-a-half, so a debate replay is the way to go, after an evening of la musica. Here are all the repeats, with bat-times, bat-channels...
.
9-11:30 pm on CSPAN.
9:30-11:30 pm (with commercials added?) on CNN.
10-11:30 pm on MSNBC and POX.
10 pm-midnight on Current.
11:30 pm-1 am on CSPAN.
2:30-4 am on CSPAN, for those closing the bars.
