3 am “KDEN ZYDECO & AMERICANA” is an Americana, Cajun/Zydeco and Tejano web radio show from Burbank, CA that airs nightly at 3 am. New shows air Mon, Fri, & Sat, and other nights are repeats. DJ Dennis Gurwell is a product of the Bakersfield area. He’s played in a variety of rock, country, Celtic and zydeco bands since the mid-’60s, and he’s been in L.A. since late in that decade. These days, Dennis plays accordion in the L.A.-based BONNE MUSIQUE ZYDECO. This is his first foray into the world of internet broadcasting, and he says, “Hope you all enjoy the music on my show. It's made up of a large dose of zydeco, along with some blues, country, Americana, Hawaiian, Tex-Mex, and Celtic. If I've left anything out, please let me know.
