WHY WE’RE ON BLOGSPOT.COM: after a long presence on MySpace, that site suddenly changed parameters to accept only short posts, now requiring a ponderous and VERY time-consuming process to list events in small increments. It’s far too time-consuming. So we began posting the calendar and news on Blogspot. We’ll see how this works, and we welcome your feedback, at tiedtothetracks@hotmail.com .

Aaron Wolfson . is native Angelino, Aaron has worked as a session guitarist with some of the most notable icons of the music industry, including the BEACH BOYS, BOZZ SCAGGS, JIMMY HASKELL, DAVID PAICH (of TOTO), JOHN JESSEL (of VAN HALEN), and PETER RAFELSON. Aaron is a singer-songwriter-guitarist who believes that music can truly speak to the soul, and that's what he strives to get in his writing, with simple, straightforward songs about love, life, and relationships. Heavily influenced by British rock, American blues, and now current alternative bands, Aaron combines those sounds with lyrics that address the deeper issues of life. His songs have pleasant melodies, with space for improvised solos during live performances, giving his audience a fine performance experience. Aside from guitar, Aaron also plays bass and keyboards, and is a producer in his own right. Currently he is promoting his self-titled CD. His song. “Daddy's Gone Away,” from that CD, is currently #9 (out of 486) on Neil Young's “Living With War” website. Aaron sings and plays all the instrumental tracks on the CD, except for the drums. B. LAWRENCE KEYS is a singer-songwriter- keyboardist and “concerned planetary citizen,” committed to making a difference with thoughtful, introspective songs. In his new album, “Look In The Heart,” he seeks to impart some important messages to the next generation, in hopes they can carry the light a little further. MSSS host Garret Swayne says, “Despite the weighty sound of this ambitious intention, it's just plain fun! It’s his fourth solo album, and he has clearly developed his own distinctive sound. The vocals are smooth, tempered and controlled, the songs well-composed and delivered with honesty and conviction. Basically, it's about love, laughter, and some of life's deeper meanings set against the golden backdrop of Southern California. One of the notable tracks is ‘California,’ an anthem of sorts that reflects Keys' idyllic image of his home state. Keys is an advocate for the Earth, for education, for children-at-risk, and for the empowerment of working people. For the past decade or so, he has traveled much of the nation, promoting these works.
