That's the good news. The bad news is, it's mercilessly chopped-up, interrupted by "pledge drive breaks" (as is always the case when PBS presents live music performances).
But it IS an entire evening of folk-Americana!
First, from 7-9 pm, it's "JOHN SEBASTIAN: FOLK REWIND," with lots of archival footage plus contemporary performances by BARRY McGUIRE, ROGER McGUINN, THE CHAD MITCHELL TRIO, CHAD & JEREMY, and JESSE COLIN YOUNG.
Then, 9-11 pm, it's "THE WEAVERS: WASN'T THAT TIME," the 1982 documentary film with PETE SEEGER and LEE HAYS.
It's broadcast in the Los Angeles market on "PBS So-Cal" aka KOCE, based in Huntington Beach. Check your cable or satellite providor for the channel.

A complete new edition of the Acoustic Americana Music Guide is due tonight. Meantime, check the May 24 edition for concerts, club gigs, and other events.
