Everyone took most of the summer off. Including one who is still out riding the rails on a 30-states-in-30-days oddyssey around America by train.
That's stretched into autumn. Even if it still feels like late July in Southern California.
First time in the 12+ year history of the Guide that we've ever taken a hiatus of any duration, much less a lengthy one.
So, we'll be back. We'll even have news from that enormous trip on the railroads.
