It's PBS "Pledge Drive" time again, so that means we get great music performance programming from them (yes, you are correct, it is the ONLY time they bring us music performances in abundance, because they hold it hostage as their cash-cow for pledge drives.)

Mid-day Tuesday on the tube:
.
Tue, Apr 9, on TV:
Noon-1:30 pm "THE PIANO GUYS LIVE AT RED BUTTE GARDEN" (2012) brings an exquisitely entertaining classical pianist and superb cellist, with comedic stagecraft and a huge youthful orchestra whose members perform from various perches throughout the venue, that being Utah's picturesque Red Butte Garden Amphitheater. They do it all, including an instrumental version of ADELE's "Rolling in the Deep," film music, and classical anthems. (The PIANO GUYS perform live in Southern California on Fri, Jun 14, at City National Grove of Anaheim.) On KOCE, aka PBS SoCal.
