Noon to 2 pm, today is singer-songwriter SEAN WIGGINS with her band.

Tuesday, it's STRING PLANET, a mega-accomplished string ensemble that mixes folk, world, pop and classical elements.

Wednesday, catch Grammy-nominated Cajun-zydeco fiddle master LISA HALEY with her band, the ZYDEKATS, featuring accordionist GIGI RABE.

ALL FREE, noon to 2 pm.

There's underground pay parking, or ride the Red Line subway, after you oark free at NoHo or Universal City Stations.

Plenty of food available for a lunchtime concert / picnic. Subway and pizza are across from Pershing Square, and Grand Central Market (salmon, rice & cabbage, or Greek gyros, plus plenty of Mexican food) is a three-block walk.

Rent skates at the outdoor ice rink and triple toe jump to the music!

Especially if you work downtown, this is a wonderful way to spend lunch!
